A few days back, I watched an amazing movie

Laapataa ladies 

The movie which made me laugh, cry and made me hopeful that all is well , all is well in this world.

The most striking thing about this movie is that the strong message about how women suffer under patriarchy is never preachy nor does it feel like it’s a paean to feminism.

The message of how women suffer and are suppressed is never aggressive  nor in your face.

Though the movie shines a light on all aspects of human beings – devious, humane , it still instills an ardour of positivity in the audience.

Even the corrupt policemen with an agenda still carry through the day and win accolades and applause for supporting a just cause .

The cast of the movie is so relatable that we never feel they are acting .

Kudos Kiran Rao the director of the movie , producer Aamir Khan and all the crew.

And last but not the least, a big shout out to all the moviegoers who have seen and loved the movie and are ensuring through their word of mouth that the movie reached the maximum of the milieu.
