  1. Good that you listen to your body as an experienced marathoner. It makes sense to take some break for muscle relaxation.

I know some amateurs in Mumbai, who finally gave up after continuous rigourous running, not listening to body calls.

    Your trainer is too good.

    • Actually running is becoming so crazy . Especially all middle aged running away from their lives and running, I guess 😁😁. Thus they end up with injuries , heart attack in the craze of doing more in less time .

      • I understand that. My physician, a couple of years ago had advised me to go for a brisk walk instead of running as I was undergoing some hypertension fluctuations. It’s now controlled with regular medicines. But I’m religiously following his advice. I miss my Mumbai marathons though…

    • Hey Aishasal, I will be able to give some tips I do , hope they help you.
      1. Pl have your dinner atleast 3 hours before you sleep
      2. Keep your mobile away atleast an hour earlier
      3. Trying reading a book .
      4. What time do you normally sleep
      5. Try sleeping after 10, I am assuming you are sleeping early
      6. In case you have any stress , pl confide in your friends, family .
      7. Incase you get up , try sleeping again . I chant Om when I can’t sleep. You can chant any name which makes your relaxed
      8. Do deep breathing and try to relax and tell yourself all is well.
      9. Incase you are having something on your mind, no harm meeting a counselor and talking .
      10. And last but not the least, every individual is unique, it’s not fixed that every adult needs 9 hours of sleep. My concern is why you can’t sleep after 1 at night . That’s definitely not the right thing to happen.
Guys if any one of you have any more tips or insights for aishasal, pl share
One thing , I forgot to ask you, hope you are doing some physical activity 5 days in a week. It can be anything, walking, gym, yoga , dance anything. Just be active atleast for 45 mins.
      Hope this helps
Take care, all will be well .❤️❤️
