Dressing up and Shopping, what else šŸ˜Ž

How do you practice self-care?

I and the mirror in conversation: I : Whose the prettiest girl in the world. Mirror : The current Miss Universe. I wrinkle my nose, raise my eyebrows and pout out , I thought you might say Me . After all I ensure your well being, who else will wear such dazzling, mesmerizing dresses, accessories everyday and stand in front of you.

Love perfect accessoring my outfit šŸ˜‚

Mirror: Oh you are not a girl , you should have been specific, middle aged married women, I would have definitely named you . I walk off in a huff from my bedroom and vow to change my mirror šŸŖž.

Even my nails are perfect šŸ˜€

My wardrobe seems my forlorn face and cajoles me into a conversation. That grumpy mirror which itself is ageing and creaking in the sides , ignore his snide remarks, of course you are the most beautiful , elegant girl, and the proof is see, how I am bursting in the seams , now if packages from Amazon or Myntra come , I will collapse under my own weight.

I love wearing different types of salwar kameez

I silently curse the wardrobe for not expanding like my waist . How unfair is it , we stuff little food and our waist expands, and do the same with your wardrobe and it shrinks and protests .

  1. Surekha, I think, you have redefined ‘Narcissism’ in a novel way. The end result is happiness and joy to self. I loved the spirit that keeps you cheerful that most people self deprive themselves for the reasons best known to them. I find your blogs colourful, trendy and full of life. I thoroughly enjoy your blogs. Keep posting. God bless.
