Gym day today. Upper body and core strength building very important as it will help me run through my core during my long runs, when your legs give up, run using your core strength
Today hill repeats. 500 metres uphill, 500 down. Did 8 times . Hill run builds endurance, stamina and helps in long runs .
22k in rains is bliss. Not the best pace though. Sunday, Run day, Fun Day 😁
Today gym date. Squats, lunges , step up and core exercises develops strength and helps me to run strong.
Tempo run today. Ran with my running tribe ❤️ A tempo run is a sustained effort run that builds up your body’s ability to run faster for longer periods of time, no matter if you’re training for a Marathon.
Interval run develops your endurance and speed. Did 1.6 kms *4 intervals today. With a recovery for 4 minutes. And then rushed to college 😁
