Did 11.5 k today. No time for clicks or selfies as had to rush to college 😅😅. Lot of time in college for selfies though 😂😂

Did 28 k today. It was a tough route , hilly inclines 😁😁. Running in rains is a totally different experience.Set for the Sunday now 😀

Interval splits today. 800 metres * 5 with a break of 2 mins between each interval. Intervals help in increasing the pace and building endurance
The body wants to relax, the brain craves for more sleep 😴. Its then your mind training comes into play. Its been 6 days since the Full Marathon. Rest, rejuvenation, diet done . Now back to training as have to run a full marathon in the month of October. 💃😂😂💪
