Today gym date. Squats, lunges , step up and core exercises develops strength and helps me to run strong.
Tempo run today. Ran with my running tribe ❤️ A tempo run is a sustained effort run that builds up your body’s ability to run faster for longer periods of time, no matter if you’re training for a Marathon.
Interval run develops your endurance and speed. Did 1.6 kms *4 intervals today. With a recovery for 4 minutes. And then rushed to college 😁

When have plans on Sunday, do the long run early Saturday morning 😀. Hope 4 am is not too early 😁

First Rains and my college wears a green verdant look
