Come to Mumbai and not run near the seashore. Yeh toh ho nahi saktaππ. Mornings spent near the beach is something I don’t get in Pune. Thus never lose any opportunity to go to the beach. Soothing sea , Amchi Mumbai β€οΈβ€οΈ
Today easy walk. Need to try my trekking shoes. Going to Kashmir this month end for the great lakes Trek. ππ
Interval splits today. 800 metres * 5 with a break of 2 mins between each interval. Intervals help in increasing the pace and building endurance

The body wants to relax, the brain craves for more sleep π΄. Its then your mind training comes into play. Its been 6 days since the Full Marathon. Rest, rejuvenation, diet done . Now back to training as have to run a full marathon in the month of October. ππππͺ
