Cry of Anguish

I have pleaded and pleaded . I have hoped and hoped. I have prayed and prayed. I have tried and tried I have attempted to rekindle the lost love. I have waited and waited for a single call , a ping of your message. I have kept belief and belief in my faith in changing your mind . But you broke me . You ignored me .You trampled on my love . You changed so much that you became unrecognisable. You made me doubt the person I am. You killed me from inside. You just nursed your injuries and pain You found your own way to internalise your hurt. You walked away without a glance towards me

  1. I stand amid the roar,
    of a surf-tormented shore,
and I hold within my hand,
    grains of the golden sand,
    how few..
    yet how they creep,
    through my fingers,
    to the deep,
    while I weep,
    while I weep,
O God! can I not grasp,
    them with a tighter clasp,
O God! can I not save,
    one from the pitiless wave,
is all that we see or seem,
    but a dream
    within a dream…

  2. This passage beautifully captures the raw emotions of heartbreak and the struggle to salvage a lost love. The pain and longing are palpable, and it’s evident how deeply hurt the writer feels. It’s a poignant expression of unreciprocated love and the challenges of moving on❤❤❤
