What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?
Well , well well, All of you hoping for some gyaan / tips how I maintain my health are in for some disappointment šš

I am not going to tell you how I maintain my hour glass figure. Nah , nah why should I divulge my secrets ? I am not going to go on and on, eat small portions, eat fruits and vegetables , drink atleast 2 to 3 litres of water, do intermittent fasting, take up ‘no sugar challenge’, sip green tea whole day. No way , why should I make others size zero and then get a complex šš .

Not going to tell you to exercise for atleast 5 days a week , go to the Gym and build your muscles strength, do yoga for flexibility, do pilates for 6 pack abs , run on the roads for adrenaline pump .

Not going to tell you do mediation, prayanam, vipasana for keeping your mind alert and not tell you detoxification techniques to maintain your mental health.

Not going to tell you cleanse, moisturize and use sun screen thrice a day to have a clear glowing skin all through the year. Not going to tell you that be well dressed and properly groomed always as it increases your self esteem and self belief .

Not going to tell you to smile genuinely as smile is the best makeup a girl can wear . Not going to tell you that venom, revenge, hatred towards anyone is like scoring a self goal , thus letting go of these will ensure your mental peace and tranquility.

Not going to tell you that rather than being on social media, spend time with your parents, go out with friends, as only then will you realise ‘real life’ is very different from the ‘reel one’ .

Because each one’s life is different and everyone’s journey is different . Never compare yourself with anyone as each one’s path is different, struggles are unknown , circumstances are unique .
Happiness is different for everyone, thus kick off your shoes, plaster a big smile on your face and live life in the way that brings you joy šš.

Needless to say, I waited for your distinctive blog and I knew it already that it would certainly be an unusual one out of your ‘usuals’. Surekha, I’m not exaggerating, when I say, you have mastered the science of enthralling your readers through your unalike style of composition.
