What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?

I am an early riser. Normally my day starts at 5 am or even 4 am. The first hour is normally one hour of running, or getting ready for college as my first lecture starts at 715 am. Thus I need to leave home by 640.

The first hour is furiously busy and busier.

Sunday is run day. Invariably you will find me doing a long run, thus up early
