This morning I woke up with the sound of a soft pitter pattar of rain on the leaves

Pulling up my running shoes, I am out to inhale some fresh air, my husband’s drowsy voice , don’t run today , get acclimatised, gets a broad smile on my face and a grit on my teeth .

It’s just exhilarating to be in the cold but pleasant weather . The tranquillity and the calming effect Shillong has , has to be experienced
